Information Security Specialist and Instructor, IT Governance
Nikolay started his information security career in 2007 as a computer security specialist within the energy sector and quickly rose to senior security positions.
His most recent roles were in the telecom and finance sectors as a global and then a local information security officer.
Nikolay also worked as an ISO 27001 lead assessor and as a client manager at BSI.
Nikolay’s professional certifications include:
- MSc in Cyber Security;
- Certified CSA STAR Auditor;
- ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor; and
- ISO 27001:2022 Lead Implementer.
