3. Follow-up meeting

The proposal is then refined during a follow-up meeting to ensure we’ve understood all of your requirements and finalise timescales and the success criteria.

3. Agree a start date

Once you have approved the proposal, we will agree a start date and allocate your consultant or consultancy team.
