This course is equivalent to 21 CPD/CPE points.
This is a three-hour multiple-choice online exam. It is an open book exam and Part 1 (only) of the ISO 20000 standard is used as a reference during the exam. Candidates need to achieve a minimum of 50% to pass.

Yes, if you are unsuccessful on the first attempt you can retake the exam for an additional fee. You can email us to schedule the retest for the exam.
It is mandatory that all delegates must hold either the ITIL Foundation Certificate or the ISO 20000 Foundation Certificate to qualify to sit the Practitioner examination and attend the training course.
