A DPIA is a risk assessment process outlined in the GDPR. A DPIA helps an organisation make an early evaluation of the impact a business process might have on the privacy of the individuals involved and ensures compliance with the DPA 2018 and the UK GDPR. Organisations are also required to conduct a DPIA where the processing of personal data involves a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
This fully accredited, self-paced online course will teach you the knowledge and skills to plan and perform a DPIA aligned to the requirements of the GDPR.
The course covers:
Learn in easy, manageable bite-sized chunks, with short video modules.
Learn at a time, place and pace that suits you.
Comes with a learner guide to be read alongside the video modules and retained for future use.
Knowledge-check questions throughout the course help you gauge what you’ve learned.
Developed by experienced privacy consultants and built on the foundations of our practical experience delivering data protection advice to organisations worldwide.
