About the IT Governance Executive Club

The IT Governance Executive Club terms and conditions are listed below. Additional terms and conditions may be in place for specific elements of the scheme (for example, points or member promotions) and can be found on Promotions Terms and Conditions.

Membership

All members of the scheme must be a customer of IT Governance Ltd.
Customers will be auto-enrolled onto the scheme upon purchasing either online or through our sales teams.
Partners and Resellers are automatically excluded from the scheme and have their own benefits structures available through IT Governance Ltd. Please contact your Account Manager for more information.
Members are only entitled to one IT Governance Executive Club account. IT Governance reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
Members must inform IT Governance of any change of details. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of points, free gifts or vouchers which have incurred because of out-of-date details. To update your account details, please contact our dedicated member care team via email or by calling +44 (0)333 800 7000.
Membership is not transferrable and can only be used by the Company who is named and registered in the scheme. Individuals at the company may access the benefits, but these cannot be transferred to another company at any time.  
IT Governance Executive Club membership cannot be transferred, bought, sold or traded in any way.
Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time by writing to us by email. By leaving the IT Governance Executive Club, members forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued through the scheme.
IT Governance reserves the right to withdraw benefits in the programme without prior notice.
One individual contact within the company membership will have access to the IT Governance Executive Club area which will enable you to view membership details and access certain benefits, including the referral scheme and your vouchers. To change the contact that has access to the portal, you must have consent of the new member to do so, and details must be confirmed by writing to us by email.
Enrolment in the IT Governance Executive Club means you will automatically receive IT Governance marketing and programme related emails.
Members may opt out of receiving IT Governance and IT Governance Executive Club emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email.
Opting out will mean that account details and voucher information will only be visible within the IT Governance Executive Club online area.
If members wish to resubscribe to emails, please write to us by email.

Points

Points will automatically be allocated to a member when an existing contact within our CRM (customer relationship management) system linked to the account purchases, either online or via our sales team.
Please allow up to 24 hours to view points within your account.
Points have no cash value and are only used to identify the member’s tier level.
To be awarded points, members must purchase from IT Governance Ltd, either online or via our sales team.
Members will receive 1 point for every £1 spent through IT Governance Ltd online or via our sales team.
During certain promotions, there may be times where members can receive bonus points which will help you progress to a higher tier status quicker. Details of which can be found within your My Account area and on the Promotions Terms and Conditions.
Points will not be awarded for purchases made through any other companies within GRC International Group Plc.
Point will be valid for twelve months. To view your points status, please login to the IT Governance Executive Club online area.
IT Governance is entitled to remove points at any time where full or partial refunds are made.
IT Governance is entitled to remove points if we determine points have been collected in breach of our terms and conditions or were allocated in error.

Tiers

IT Governance Executive Club is a tier-based rewards programme which is determined by the level of points a member has earned within their membership year, beginning on their enrolment date.
There are the following tiers within the programme:
- Entry level = 1-3,000 points per year
- Bronze = 3,001-10,000 points per year
- Silver = 10,001-20,000 points per year
- Gold = 20,001-50,000 points per year
- Platinum = 50,001+ points per year
Upon enrolment, members will automatically be placed onto their applicable tier and be eligible for all associated benefits.
Once you reach enough points, members will automatically progress to the next tier level.
Members can be downgraded to a lower tier if not enough points have been secured to move up to the next level by the end of their tier expiry date.

Vouchers

Free gifts may be awarded to members in the form of a voucher, redeemable online at www.itgovernance.co.uk/shop.
Please allow 24 hours for vouchers to be sent via email.
Vouchers will be sent to the primary contact of a company who has access to the IT Governance Executive Club online area. Please see ‘Membership’ T&Cs for more information.
Free gifts: Members will receive a discount code that can be redeemed on a selection of products within a specified website shop category on our online shop. Details of which can be found within your voucher email. Free gift codes must be redeemed before the specified expiry date. Codes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Referral vouchers: Once you have completed the process set out in the Referral Scheme, you will qualify for a £50 voucher to redeem across our online shop. Details of your voucher will be sent via email and must be redeemed before the specified expiry date. Codes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Vouchers are visible within a voucher notification email from IT Governance and within the IT Governance Executive Club online area.

Discounts

Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tier members will receive a percentage discount on online purchases at www.itgovernance.co.uk.
Entry level members will not receive any loyalty related discounts. They will need to earn enough points to progress to Bronze membership status.
Gold and Platinum members will also receive 5% discount on our Cyber Incident Response Tabletop Exercises and Cyber Incident Response Readiness Assessment services.
Loyalty discounts will automatically be applied and visible on product pages to show your savings.
Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Where an order can receive a higher level of discount through a separate running promotion than what the loyalty tier offers, our online shop will automatically apply this higher level of discount. Details of promotions can be found on the Promotions Terms and Conditions.
Bronze members will be entitled to an online discount of 2.5%.
Silver members will be entitled to an online discount of 5%.
Gold members will be entitled to an online discount of 7.5%.
Platinum members will be entitled to an online discount of 10%.
Please note, selected products will entitle loyalty members to a lower level of discount – the correct price for your membership tier will be shown on the product pages. For any queries, please contact us.
All bundle products, third-party training courses and GDPR.co.uk products are excluded from any form of loyalty discounts.
Discounts can only be claimed online and are not valid for purchases through sales teams.
IT Governance cannot process refunds for any discounts that are included in the loyalty scheme for any purchases prior to enrolment in the scheme.
IT Governance reserves the right to reclaim discounts where multiple offers have been used.
IT Governance reserves the right to withdraw discounts without prior notice.

Referral Scheme

To refer a business to IT Governance under this programme, you must be an eligible IT Governance Executive Club member.
Referral links can be generated via the above link or by navigating to your IT Governance Executive Club member area.
The referred business is only valid as part of this referral scheme if they are a new company and have not purchased through IT Governance in the past.
Generated referral links can be shared with an infinite number of businesses and a reward will be sent each time a valid referral takes place.
Referral rewards will be paid via a £50 IT Governance gift voucher. Vouchers will be issued once the referred customer has placed their first order and can be redeemed online at www.itgovernance.co.uk/shop. Vouchers will be valid for 3 months and are non-transferrable.
IT Governance may suspend, change or terminate this programme at any time and without notice.
IT Governance reserves the right to suspend a customer’s participation in the referral programme for inappropriate or suspicious activity.
